Greg was a pleasure to work with, we were unsure our first day we came in because we made a pervious deal with another company for a couch. Greg was able to secure us a deal we could not refuse for not only a couch but 4 other pieces of furniture. It was a blessing to work with him. Give that man a raise and a bonus!

We bought a beautiful sectional from Clifton at the Exclusive Store in Spring, Texas. His salesmanship was top-notch. The furniture was purchased in September. We borrowed a box truck and went to the warehouse to pick up the 3-piece sectional. We were told at the warehouse that a piece of the sectional was out of stock, even though it showed in stock on the computer, and that we would be notified when it became available. We received only 2 pieces of this sectional. We have not received the 3rd piece as of this date. However, Clifton has checked frequently to see when the piece will be available and has kept us informed of the progress toward a delivery date. We appreciate that Clifton continues to work with us even after he completed his part of the sale.

My husband Dan and I were in a rush to purchase a new sectional and mattress before we move out of state and after calling 6 other furniture stores without much success finding one in stock.. I called the last one on my list which was Exclusive Furniture.. David answered the phone and after telling him what I was looking at online and asking if I could pick it up this week.. He called the warehouse and after they didn't have the one I wanted.. David hit it in high gear and sent me pictures of the ones they had available to pick up... After picking the one I liked, he made it possible for my husband to head to the store this evening to pay for it, so we could pick it up tomorrow.. He went above and beyond for us.. And it wouldn't surprise me in the least that he does this for all his customers! We even got a free 50" tv!! THANK YOU DAVID!!! You made our move even easier!!! To his bosses... Lambert is the absolute best. This is our 3rd time purchasing from lambert. In 2019 he was our salesman. Monday I made a purchase and knew I was coming back the weekend.
