Delivery Information

Exclusive Furniture offers a range of delivery options designed to match your needs. Service levels vary by item and zip code.

White Glove Delivery (Full Service)

  • Placement in room of choice
  • Assembly of all items
  • Removal of packaging and debris
  • Adult (18+) must be present
  • Missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee

Drop-Off

  • Placed inside front door or garage
  • No assembly or trash removal
  • Adult (18+) must be present
  • May default to outdoor drop-off if unavailable

Parcel Shipping (Small Items)

  • Shipped via UPS / FedEx / USPS
  • Left at front door
  • No assembly required
  • No presence required
Important: Orders may include multiple delivery methods. Verify your delivery type on your invoice.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Confirm items fit through doors and stairwells
  • Protect flooring (floor damage not covered)
  • Changes must be requested 48 hours before delivery
  • Communicate special access needs in advance

Additional Notes

  • Service elevator required above two floors
  • Signed waiver may be required for tight fits
  • No moving or disconnecting existing furniture
  • Mattress removal only with Full Service delivery

Pick-Up Policy

  • Available at designated warehouse locations
  • Hours: 10AM – 5PM (Closed Wed & Sun)
  • Valid ID required (purchaser only)
  • Customer responsible once item leaves dock

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Regular Stock Items

Action Policy
Returns No refunds or returns after delivery or pickup.
Exchanges Within 24 hours. 15% fee (equal/higher price), 25% fee (lower price). Delivery fees may apply.
Cancellations 25% cancellation fee on all canceled orders.
No returns or exchanges on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforters, or bedding products unless otherwise noted.

Custom Special Orders

  • 25% non-refundable deposit required
  • No returns or exchanges
  • Changes within 2 days or 25% fee applies

As-Is / Final Sale

  • No warranty or returns
  • In-store As-Is items must be picked up within 48 hours
  • Online open-box items may be eligible for delivery

Mattress Exchange (Sleep Trial)

  • Minimum 30-night use
  • Exchange within 100 days
  • $199 restocking fee per set
  • Exchange only — no refunds

Refunds & Pricing

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days
  • Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be in original packaging

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, delivery, and additional fees unless stated otherwise.

Warranty & Care Plan

Exclusive Furniture provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects (parts & labor).

Extended protection plans may be available through Montage Furniture Care.
