Exclusive Furniture offers a range of delivery options designed to match your needs. Service levels vary by item and zip code.
Important Shipping Notice
Please review before placing your order.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping applies only to items marked “Online Only & Free Shipping.”
- All Other Items: All other items will incur shipping fees.
- Outside Houston/Greater Houston Area: Shipping costs will be confirmed post-checkout.
- Online Orders Outside Texas: Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks, depending on location and processing times.
Important: Orders may include multiple delivery methods. Verify your delivery type on your invoice.
Delivery Methods
Service details depend on your item(s) and delivery address.
White Glove Delivery (Full Service)
- Placement in room of choice
- Assembly of all items
- Removal of packaging and debris
- Adult (18+) must be present
- Missed appointments may incur a redelivery fee
Drop-Off
- Placed inside front door or garage
- No assembly or trash removal
- Adult (18+) must be present
- May default to outdoor drop-off if unavailable
Parcel Shipping (Small Items)
- Shipped via UPS / FedEx / USPS
- Left at front door
- No assembly required
- No presence required
Mixed Methods
One order may ship in multiple deliveries (e.g., parcel items + full-service delivery). Please check your invoice for each item’s delivery method.
Delivery Guidelines
- Fit Check: Confirm items fit through doors, hallways, stairwells, and tight turns before delivery.
- Floor Protection: Protect flooring. Floor damage is not covered.
- Changes: Requests to reschedule or modify delivery must be made 48 hours prior to delivery.
- Access Notes: Communicate gate codes, stairs, parking rules, and special access needs in advance.
Additional Notes
- Service elevator required above two floors
- Signed waiver may be required for tight fits
- No moving or disconnecting existing furniture
- Mattress removal only with Full Service delivery
Pick-Up Policy
- Available at designated warehouse locations
- Hours: 10AM – 5PM (Closed Wed & Sun)
- ID Required: Valid ID required (purchaser only)
- Customer responsibility begins once item leaves the dock
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Please review these rules before placing an order.
Regular Stock Items
- Returns: No refunds or returns after delivery or pickup.
- Exchanges: Within 24 hours. 15% fee (equal/higher price) or 25% fee (lower price). Delivery fees may apply.
- Cancellations: 25% cancellation fee on all canceled orders.
No returns or exchanges on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforters, or bedding products unless otherwise noted.
Custom Special Orders
- 25% non-refundable deposit required
- No returns or exchanges
- Changes within 2 days or 25% fee applies
As-Is / Final Sale
- No warranty or returns
- In-store As-Is items must be picked up within 48 hours
- Online open-box items may be eligible for delivery
Mattress Exchange (Sleep Trial)
- Minimum 30-night use
- Exchange within 100 days
- $199 restocking fee per set
- Exchange only — no refunds
Refunds & Pricing
- Refunds processed within 10 business days
- Delivery and pickup fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in original packaging
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, delivery, and additional fees unless stated otherwise.
Warranty & Care Plan
Exclusive Furniture provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects (parts & labor).
Extended protection plans may be available through Montage Furniture Care.
