Lambert and Keith and really the whole staff were extremely professional as my husband and I were on the search for our new dining table. We went to a few furniture stores in the area, but went with Exclusive because of their great customer service. Not pushy, gave us time to look but kept checking on us. We didn’t make our decision until the next day but we still received our table in a timely manner a day later. I’ve gone through Exclusive in the past for furnishings and am glad they are still in the Houston area serving their customers excellently! We’ll be back!

I went to another shop and was HARASSED by the worker there. Here, at exclusive furniture, they treat you like family! I had a very good time seeking for a couch. From the store manager Jatai to the sales rep who helped me, again, Ny’Juan. I had a great experience and the delivery date was faster than I anticipated. 100% will shop here again! Thank yall!
