100 Day Sleep Trial & Comfort Guarantee
Finding the right mattress is personal. At Exclusive Furniture, we understand that purchasing a new sleep set directly affects your comfort. If you're not completely satisfied with your qualifying mattress after the required break-in period, you may reselect another mattress of equal or greater value, subject to the terms below.
How the 100 Day Sleep Trial Works
A new mattress can take time to feel right. Follow these steps if you need a comfort reselection.
Sleep on It for 30 Nights
You must sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a reselection.
Contact Us Before Day 100
After 30 days and before 100 days from purchase, notify Customer Service that you would like to reselect.
Choose Your New Mattress
Choose a replacement of equal or greater value. Delivery must be completed within 14 days of notifying Customer Service.
What You Need to Qualify
Mattress Protector Required
A mattress protector must be purchased with the mattress. Any stain on the mattress voids the guarantee.
Minimum Purchase
Qualifying purchases must be $799+ for Queen or $999+ for King.
Like-New Condition
The mattress must be free of stains, rips, cuts, tears, burns, punctures or abuse. The law label must remain attached.
$199 Exchange Fee
The $199 fee includes pickup and delivery of the replacement mattress. Additional delivery charges may apply outside our delivery zones.
Keep It Protected
Mattress Condition Matters
Mattresses returned through the Comfort Guarantee must be in like-new condition. The law label must remain attached.
We recommend using Exclusive Furniture's delivery service. If you transport the mattress yourself, it must be properly packaged using the original packaging or a mattress bag specifically designed for mattresses.
If stains, damage or abuse are identified during pickup or delivery, the exchange will be cancelled and voided.
What's Not Included
Adjustable Bases
Electrical adjustable bases do not qualify and are final sale.
Bedding & Accessories
Pillows, sheets, mattress covers and applicable accessories are final sale.
Clearance & Floor Models
Floor models, clearance and discontinued items are sold as-is and do not qualify.
Special Orders
Special orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged and do not qualify.
Box Springs & Foundations
Need a Different Height?
Box springs do not qualify for the Comfort Guarantee. They may be exchanged for height reasons within two days of original delivery, with a $189 re-delivery charge plus a $50 restocking fee.

Promotional Items
The retail value of free promotional offers, including frames, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors or delivery, may be subtracted from store credit associated with the original mattress purchase.
