Balance Performance - Pillow

This is my third bedgear pillow and I finally had to replace my primary after nine years. After only a week the new one already felt like the old one - a little lumpy, separated internally, and not as comfortable. My original size 01 is still in perfect condition after ten years so maybe it's just the thinner size. Still, disappointing for the price.

Although my sleep is not back at 100% with sleeping through the entire night- I have noticed significant improvements such as the quality of rest and sound peace- the pillows are literally like sleeping on clouds.

I purchased 2 of these one for my wife the 1.0 and a 2.0 for myself going by the guide. I returned my 2.0 to high and kept the 1.0 for myself. My neck bothers me a lot and the 1.0 seems to help.

I'd bought an Align 1.0 a few years ago and wanted another one. Sadly, it was discontinued. Claude told me to get the Balance 1.0. It wasn't what I wanted. Your CR steered me to this one. Great!

This pillow is like sleeping on a cloud. It supports me in every position I sleep in.

LOVE these, my husband and I were both so picky about pillows, and he sleeps on the slimmer one, I have the thicker one and we are so happy!

We are still waiting delivery of our order placed the end of August. Angela with customer service has been very quick to respond when inquiries were sent and as of Tuesday stated a replacement order has been shipped.

I took the fit quiz and ordered Bedgear's recommended pillow. I was looking for a soft pillow, received a hard thick pillow. Will look at reordering but with assistance from a real person.

Expected to be firmer , the description is a bit misleading and ordering from website is a bit confusing and complicated

This is my second Balance 1.0 pillow. I have one at home and the other in our RV. No surprises, same sleeping and comfort. Very happy!

Been sleeping on the Balance 3 pillow for years, originally purchase at the recommendation of salesperson when I bought a mattress. Time for a new pillow, decided to try the Balance 2 based on the website suggestion for side sleepers. Love it! Not as high as the 3, just as supportive and comfortable. This is THE pillow for side sleepers!

I do like this pillow….very comfortable and fairly cool. I would probably recommend it to others.

My husband is a back and side sleeper and he said this is best pillow he's had .

My pillow is really firm and I'm stomach sleeper . I think this pillow will last me a bit

Used the recommended pillow from the suggested review and it is working great. I'm sleeping through the night on my side or back. It's all good!

I was first introduced to the 2.0 Balance pillow about 5 years ago. Loved, loved, loved this pillow. It was time to refresh and get new pillows. While I still really like these pillows, 2.0 Balance, I don't feel they are as firm as the first set that I owned. I'm a little disappointed.

I wish I purchased the thicker version

It's a nice pillow. I am disappointed as the corner DO flatten. I can't keep the fill in the corners. In the picture it appears as the corners are full, they are not.

I sleep nightly on the product. This better than my other pillows but I probably should have gotten the 2.0 and not the 3.0 as I sleep elevated. The pillow also seems like you have to rotate it you can't flip it and the underside is not comfortable.

I might have ordered this too thick. Woke up with a painful neck. I'll know better next time.

Great product! Helps get a great nights sleep!

I love this pillow. It's perfect for me. Doesn't hold head so high I have a stiff neck in the morning.

We really like the bed pillows we purchased! Comfortable, no issues of having to break in for comfort.
