Not cooling

Was the perfect height and relatively comfortable, but was extremely disappointed at the extra paid for cooling when it is just room temperature. The Tempur-Pedic I had previously was about half the price and much cooler.

Perfect pillow

I'm a side sleeper. I like a firm pillow but they are usually too ""tall"" and my neck can't be in neutral. I also like to sleep cool. I've long been a fan of Badger's Storm pillows, and I now have a Night Ice Pillow 1.0. It is the perfect combination of height and firmness, and is cooler to sleep on than all other pillows I've tried. I also like that the entire cover can come off for washing and allows me to reposition both sides of the interior materials. I really like pillow a lot!

the pillow stated ice performance but it does not seem to be any cooler then the rest of my pillows.

Did not stay cool

I was so excited about this pillow but sadly neither mine nor my husband's stayed cool and after the coolness was gone, it felt like the pillow was heating up. Customer service was amazing through the return process!

So I've had the lighting 2.0 for years, and loved it very much! So It's finally getting worked down and wanted to buy another. Seen that it was discontinued and seen the night ice 2.0 and bought it assuming it would just as good if not better. I was really disappointed by how it felt. Didn't feel cool at all! It is little firmer then lightning as well

The pillow itself is very comfortable and supportive . My main issue with it is that it's sold as a ""cool"" pillow, even named ""Night Ice"", but it is anything but ! If you sleep hot , I don't recommend this heater of a pillow.
