I visited the Baytown location looking for a sofa and I came out with a sofa and a new mattress. Patti made everything so easy and I recommend you ask for her when you visit this location.
We had a great experience selecting and purchasing a new couch from Exclusive Furniture-our salesperson, Greg was informative, patient, and knowledgeable. He offered the play area to our son while I browsed and gave my husband and I time to discuss our choices and decision. We met the store manager and she was lovely and assured a next day delivery for us. The delivery was done during the slotted window they provided, but the delivery was not a great experience. They 2 men tried to jam and fit the couches thru the door, ignoring my suggestion to take the legs off or stand it up the way I have had to move our old couches in and out of the house. It left noticeable damage on our door frame. Also, one of them was not as strong and either titled or lost grip but I even had to protect the wall from the leg of the couch and he rudely told me to move. I love the furniture, but the delivery people should be more careful.

Tom was amazing, from start to finish! He made sure to answer all of our questions. We walked in looking for a specific sectional. As soon as I explained what I was looking for he took us right to it! We left the store with a purchase made of exactly what I came there for!
