I been looking for some living room furniture so I decided to stop at EXCLUSIVE FURNITURE in Baytown and I was greeted by Verlinda who is very nice, knowledgeable and very professional. I was just going in to look around not to buy but guess what I brought furniture. After finding my living room furniture I wanted a chair that matched but was unable to find one on the floor so the store manager Greg help me find the perfect match online. I have been a life long Customer of Exclusive Furniture. I bought my first sofa love seat set that I still own from the first store on Gessner and 59 behind the IHOP. I have previously purchased from the Southwest location, the Cypress location. This was my first visit to the Webster location. My salesperson Alex was great informative, but not pushy. He and Jessica even gave me options for a short-term financing, which worked out great. There was a miscommunication when it came to Delivery and set up, but Crystal took care of it and Made sure everything worked out. I like Exclusive because they have good quality furniture at an affordable price. Yet, even when you have a great product, Customer service is key. For that reason, Webster may be my new favorite EF location!
David at the humble location was amazingggggggg!!!!!! I love my bedroom bundle set and cocktail table!!!!!! David’s you’ve been amazing and very patient with all my questions and getting me exactly what I wanted for my new place!!!! I need so much more and will be back!
