This four star rating is because we have not received a furniture yet. The deals are off the chain. I wish they had one here in the Chicago area. The customer service was great from the beginning.Ollie (?sp) was really helpful and listened to what was needed. I especially enjoyed Kenyja Lewis, who is extremely knowledgeable regarding mattresses and pillows. She was super friendly. She also insured that we received something prior to going back to chicago.By speaking to the manager and so we were greatly appreciative. If you looking for mattresses, pillows or mattress cover visit her. You won't be disappointed.

I’ve been shopping at Exclusive Furniture since 2021, so when I decided to upgrade my bedroom, I came back to the West Oaks location.
Christian Lugo was very easy to work with. I took my time making a decision because this wasn’t a small purchase. I asked a lot of questions, compared different options, and even had a few requests before I was ready to buy. Christian was patient throughout the entire process, kept me updated, and never made me feel pressured.
I also appreciate Crystal for taking the time to review my deal. They both worked with me to put together a package that made sense for me, and I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision.
I ended up with a Tempur-Pedic ProBreeze mattress, Ergo ProSmart adjustable base, and the Leonel bedroom set. I’m happy with the purchase and with how everything was handled.
