Great day my name is Dr. Helen Delahoussaye and I had a horrific experience with Exclusive Furniture one that I was gonna seek legal advice on because I know that not only it was unprofessional distasteful, but I also believe there is some type of theft involved in the situation. However, I came in today to do a formal complaint and I met a gentleman name Mr. Michael Young and he turned my whole perspective around, not only about people and Customer Service, but also Your company exclusive furniture. I have been in the Houston area for over 20 years and I am a prominent doctor in the area of psychology. I am preparing for major surgery for breast cancer, a double mastectomy so this horrific experience initially, came at A very bad time. But the professionalism, the grace, the love, the passion, and even the faith that Mr. Young operated in today was one of a kind and he turned a very bad situation, into a life-changing situation for the better! I referred hundreds of people to exclusive furniture over the years and swore I would never refer anyone else because of what just happened to me. However, today my perspective has changed and I am very grateful to have met Mr. Young. He is an elite sales person with resilience, tenacity, and extreme compassion.
