They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to show us different options, answer all of our questions, and helped us find the perfect couch without ever making us feel pressured. Their customer service was truly amazing, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

i went here to buy my first new couch and i didn’t really had any idea of what i was doing, thankfully sales lady Michelle came to the rescue and helped me secure my first new couch. Her as well as her manager Tia made me feel very welcome and were very patient, helpful and super easy to talk with. They both made sure to explain the process to me and even though i had work that same afternoon they made sure to go above and beyond throughout the whole process to help me get my couch before i had to leave. 10/10 would recommend :)

Really enjoyed my experience at Exclusive Furniture Spring on I-45. Nakitha greeted us as we walked in, learned what we wanted and showed us the available options for a new dinette. She was professional and friendly, not pushing for a sale. She even sent photos of the item we were considering to help us make a final selection. Really appreciated her extra efforts to ensure we got what we needed. Delivery and set up were right on time and they took care of ensuring all was perfect.

We purchased a high quality Mattress, Base & Frame.. We got close to the deal wanted & made the purchase.. Also, a trip was included with it; which made it even better.. My son was elated! Amy was my sales associate and we loved her, she took great care of me and my kids. We went to multiple furniture stores and had issues with how soon the furniture could be delivered. They were able to get it to us in 3 days! Other places it was in back order for a few months! She was kind, funny , and knowledgeable! We will be coming back to purchase more from her!
