First and foremost, I would like to start by saying from the moment we walked in Aurea greeted me and at first I was kinda Hesitant because i was already overwhelmed, she offered me something to drink and offered to show mr around. She was very thorough. She let me know about the warranty that was offered and was very transparent which I appreciate because most people try to sneak it in and I’ve had horrible experiences with warranty before, she let me know everything that was covered, She even showed me reviews on the warranty to ensure that I felt secure purchasing the warranty.
She went above and beyond to make sure that i had everything we needed. She was very educated on product knowledge and assured us that I would have a great experience. I purchased the Kona Earth and rugs and dining room set. I’m very pleased with it is very beautiful and high-quality.
