My wife and I had a great experience at the Exclusive Furniture location in Baytown. We purchased a Bedgear adjustable base and mattress and a bed frame. Our sales person, Kay W, and her colleague took a lot of time walking us through the various brands/options, and we felt we were able to make an informed decision.
The delivery process was coordinated by Kay, and everything went well. The delivery people took great care to install the furniture. Overall, we are pleased with our furniture, and I highly recommend speaking with Kay at the Baytown location for your next furniture purchase.
Jay and his manager, Wilbur, provided an excellent experience during our couch and love seat purchase. My wife and I are the type that do not like to be pushed during big purchases. Jay let us walk the store solo, allowed us to narrow down and absorb the choices, and then walked over to us and offered us knowledge and advice while having patience as we took our time making the final decision. His team then worked together to get us comfortable with the final price for the product. The margaritas my wife was able to partake in during the process was a definite bonus!
